1 1/4 pound of ground beef or ground turkey
2 teaspoons of Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 15 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 small can (6 ounce) of tomato paste
6 slider rolls

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and cook the meat.
Once cooked, drain the meat on to a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil and fat.
Combine the brown sugar and steak seasoning.
Put the beef pack in the skillet and add the brown sugar and steak seasoning.
Continue to cook for five minutes.
Add the onion and reduce heat to low for another five minutes.
Add vinegar and worchestire and stir until mixed well.
Add tomato sauce and paste.
Stir well and let cook for five minutes.
Use a large spoon to scoop Sloppy Joes on to the slider roll.
Serve with broccoli or sweet potato fries. The slider roll is only 15 grams of Total Carbohydrates, and the Sloppy Joe mix is less than 7 grams of Total Carbohydrates.
