Roasted Asparagus with Lemon


1 pound fresh asparagus
1/2 lemon plus skin
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Dash of sea salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash and dry asparagus. Peel the asparagus and cut the bottoms off.
Place them in a casserole dish, drizzle with Olive Oil, Sea Salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon over top and add some lemon zest (peel some of the skin from the lemon).
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes
