1 cup of flour
1 1/4 cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ideal no calorie sweetener (or another natural no calorie sweetener)
1 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 package of semi- sweet chocolate chips
Preheat overn to 375 degrees. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
Combine brown sugar, no calorie sweetener, softened butter, and vanilla.
Beat until creamy. Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Place one tablespoon of mixture onto non-greased cookie sheets.
Makes 40 cookies, approximately 11 grams of carbohydrates each.
