1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 pounds 90% lean ground beef
2 onions chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons (about 2 oz) chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
2 bottles (12 oz each) chili sauce
1 bottle (12 oz) beer or 1 1/2 cups beef broth

Heat vegetable oil on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add ground beef; cook 8-10 min until browned. Season to taste with salt.
Add chopped onions, green peppers, and garlic. Cook, stirring, 3-5 min. Add Worcestershire sauce; cook 3 min.
Reduce heat to MEDIUM; stir in chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Cook 5 min. Reduce heat to LOW; add chili sauce, and beer (or stock). Simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with cheddar cheese. It is great to serve with Corn Bread Muffins (1 carb choice).
