1 cup of Dreamfields elbow macaroni
2 slices of turkey bacon
4 chicken breasts cut into little pieces
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1 1/2 cup of fat free or 1% milk
1/3 cup condensed 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup of shredded Italian blend cheese
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Cook the pasta according to the directions
Cook bacon in pan or microwave until well done. Crumble in to pieces and set aside.
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat; sprinkle in flour and whisk together. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Combine the milk and the soup and stir with a whisk. Add to the saucepan and stir for 2 minutes. Bring to a boil and let the sauce get thick. Turn off the heat. Add Italian blend cheese, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir in pasta and chicken.
Place Colby Jack cheese and bacon on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
